Privacy Policy
An e-mail receipt is required for any refund. Returned merchandise must be
in saleable condition; books must be in perfect and unmarked condition. Linneman
Associates reserves the right to determine the condition of all merchandise
upon receipt.
All credit card purchases made through the Linneman Associates website will
be refunded to the original order's credit card only. No exceptions.
Due to the nature of the for sale product, all returns must be received back
to Linneman Associates within 30 days of the book's original shipment date.
Non-U.S. orders within 45 days.
Shipping Policy
All orders for Real Estate Finance & Investments: Risks and Opportunities,
2nd Edition by Peter Linneman, Phd will be shipped upon confirmed
credit card payment. If order is received before 2 p.m. (14:00) during business
days will be shipped out the same day. Any order received after 2 p.m. (14:00)
during business days will be shipped out the following business day. All order
received during non-business days will be shipped out the next business day.
